How do I place an order?
It’s simple! Just browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment information, review your order, and you’re all set! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are securely processed to protect your information.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
As soon as you complete your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with all the details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the items in your order. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout, so you’ll know exactly how much it costs before completing your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since each item is custom-made just for you, it may take a few days to produce before it’s shipped. Here are our estimated delivery times:
- U.S.: 5-7 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! If you receive an item that’s defective or incorrect, we’ll be happy to arrange a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our team with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What items can’t be returned?
Since all products are custom-made to order, we generally don’t accept returns for items that were delivered as expected. However, if there’s an issue with quality, please contact us – we’re here to make it right.
